Employees involved in investigations regarding alleged discrimination, retaliation, or harassment issues are expected to cooperate fully with Human Resources and to maintain confidentiality if requested. Confidentiality will be maintained by the investigating party to the extent possible commensurate with a proper investigation of all allegations made. If employees have an EEO question, they should contact Human Resources, or refer to the “Harassment/Sexual Harassment” policy in this section of the Handbook. Employees receiving questions related to BioScrip’s employment practices from outside agencies are encouraged to notify Human Resources.
